All group yin, ashtanga vinyasa & yoga to relax & unwind classes are one hour on zoom (times are BST).
Classes are suitable for all levels of practice with a range of variations offered & individual cues to help take you deeper.

12:00-13:00 Friday Yoga to Relax & Unwind*
Our lives can often be very busy & filled with ‘doing’ rather than ‘being’. This balancing practice provides time & space for self-care. The class will incorporate poses to nourish mind & body, with focus on breath & movement closing with a full body scan.
10:00-11:00 Saturday Ashtanga Vinyasa (Modified Primary Series)*
This class for strength & flexibility follows the ashtanga primary modified series developed by Larry Schultz, a long-time student of Pattabhi Jois. It includes sun salutations, a series of standing & seated asanas with vinyasas throughout combining both alignment & flow & closes with a pranayama practice before savasana.
10:00-11:00 Sunday Yin Yoga*
Yin helps to achieve optimal health & wellbeing by working on the deeper tissues in our bodies including the ligaments, joints & bones. It is a slow practice, holding poses for extended periods & aims to be yielding, allowing & nourishing for both our mind & body, promoting flexibility.
