Ashtanga Modified Primary Series Course: January 2021
Helen Langton is offering a four-week yoga course, with two hours per week every Tuesday 12-1pm & Thursday 6-7pm starting the 5th January 2021.
Suitable for beginners to intermediate, this yoga course will develop your practice through an Ashtanga Modified Primary Series of poses. Including sun salutations, standing & seated poses linked with a vinyasa sequence, it will promote your strength & flexibility, focusing on alignment in the body & movement with the breath.
Modifications will be offered to support all abilities with individual cues to help guide & develop your practice.
The course is offered by zoom for you to practice in the comfort of your own home for £25.
